  • Ideal to use as part of your morning routine or when learning the days of the week.

How to use this resource

  • Print, cut and laminate each day of the week and each border.
  • Attach sticky-tack or velcro dots to the back of each day of the week and border.
  • Display the ‘Today is’, ‘Yesterday was’ and ‘Tomorrow will be’ borders at the front of the class.
  • During your morning routine, encourage the children to name the days of the week and change the days on the display.
  • What would come next – Use the days of the week in a sequencing activity during literacy rotations.
