  • I am having trouble positioning the names on the nameplate when I edit the document. Is there something that I need to do so that I can type in the class names and it is automatically fitted to the space?

    • Hi Anne-Maree – apologies for the delay – it may be that you are trying to type into the pdf document possibly. You need to open the .docx or word document and type into that Anne-Maree – the pdf document is not the editable one – that one is the write on only. Please yell if need further help Anne-Maree.

  • Hi, I have just downloaded the editable .docx with the solid lines and the dotted lines and when I open them, each page is completely black. I cannot work out why this is happening.

  • When downloading PDF files, there may be an access problem due to the password. Of course, you can score on this and look for information in a different form. Or you can go to the PDFPlatform website to use the PDF unlock tool. Such a solution will allow you to easily and time-consuming access to the necessary PDF files, or rather the data contained in such files.
