Free Printable Maths Storyboard Template / Thinkboard Templates.


How to use this teaching resource

  • Ensure to model the 4 sections explicitly first – enlarge one of the templates to A3 size and laminate for continued class modelling use.
  • Pop one or more numerals, or number sentences in the space in the center – children then work in pairs or independently to represent those number/s or numbers sentences using – Pictures, Writing a Story, Using Concrete Materials/Objects, and Using Symbols…
  • You could take a photo of the concrete objects representation and glue into that section.
  • This is a great activity to do in pairs – during ‘sharing circle’ time, each pair then shares how they represented their number/s
  • Again, these can be enlarged or reduced if like.
