How to use this teaching resource:
Provide a worksheet for each student or alternatively, place the worksheet in a plastic sleeve so it can be used with a whiteboard marker and then wiped clean.
Read the rhyme as a class before starting the worksheet.
Students can practice the number by moving their finger through the air to form it.
Students are required to trace the numbers numbers and then write them themselves.
Differentiation:
Use the large font worksheets for students who require additional assistance.
To extend students, instruct them to write the numbers on a blank, lined piece of paper.
I love these handwriting number practice sheets. It is great that they have the poem on the top related to how I teach the number in my maths lessons, colourful, they can be used as an independent activity and they are user friendly.
I would love for you to make a handwriting practice sheet for the number ten as I have to go and source one from somewhere else. I teach the number 10 with the single digits straight away, 0-10 as a unit. This would be much appreciated!
Thanks, Ashley.

Hi,
Can you make the colour NSW Foundation numerals the size of capitals? You have done this for the black and white version only.
Do you still have the large tracking sheets for numerals 0-9? I cant seem to find them.
Thank you
